Quick summary
The Slack Pack in Coda lets you send Slack messages as automated actions directly from a Coda document. By connecting your Slack account through the Packs menu, you can configure message content and target channels without leaving Coda.
Steps
- Open your Coda document and click Insert.
- Select Packs from the Insert menu.
- Choose Slack by Coda from the Packs list.
- Click Try it if you are on a Free plan.
- Once Slack is connected, explore the available Slack Pack features.
- Click Connect an account to link your Slack account.
- Click Sign in with Slack to complete the authentication.
- Configure the settings to send a message to Slack.
- Customize the message and target channel as needed.
- Use the Slack Pack action button in your Coda document to send messages.
