Sharing a Coda doc lets you collaborate in real time by inviting teammates via email, copying a shareable link, embedding the doc in another tool, or publishing it publicly. All sharing options are accessible from the Share button in the top-right corner of any Coda document.
Steps
- Go to Coda.io and open the document you want to share.
- In the top-right corner, click the Share button.
- Share via email by entering the recipient's email address, or click Copy link to generate a shareable URL.
- Choose how to share your Coda doc by selecting the appropriate sharing method from the available options.
- To embed the Coda doc in another platform, click Copy embed to grab the embed code.
- Optionally, publish your Coda doc to make it publicly accessible.
