Push notifications allow you to reach your users directly on their mobile devices or desktop browsers. To send them, you must first integrate the Customer.io SDK into your application.
- On your Customer.io main dashboard, navigate to Settings (gear icon).
- Select Workspace Settings.
- Click the Push option in your settings or integration menu.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your FCM credentials for Android or APNs credentials for iOS.
- Upload your Apple or Android Push Notification certificate, then click Save changes.
