How to Send Push Notifications in Customer.io

Push notifications allow you to reach your users directly on their mobile devices or desktop browsers. To send them, you must first integrate the Customer.io SDK into your application.

1. On your Customer.io main dashboard, navigate to Settings (gear icon).
2. Select Workspace Settings.
3. Click the Push option in your settings or integration menu.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your FCM credentials for Android or APNs credentials for iOS.
5. Upload your Apple or Android Push Notification certificate, then click Save changes.
