How to Integrate Customer.io with PostHog

Integrating PostHog as a Data Source allows you to stream real-time product usage data (events and user properties) into Customer.io to trigger lifecycle campaigns.

1. Log in to your Posthog account, and click on the Data Management from the left-side panel.
2. Select Destinations from the dropdown menu.
3. Click on the +New Destination button.
4. Scroll down and select Customer.io from the list.
5. Enter your unique identifier, such as API Key and Site ID to establish the connection between platforms.
6. To get your credentials, go back to your customerio dashboard, and click on the gear icon.
7. Click the Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
8. Click on API Credentials to get access on your API and ID.
9. Copy your Site ID and API Key to authenticate the integration with PostHog.
10. Return to the PostHog configuration screen and paste your Site ID and Track API Key into the corresponding fields.
11. Click Create & Enable to activate the sync.
