How to Create a Newsletter in Customer.io

A newsletter in Customer.io is typically sent as a Broadcast, which allows you to send a one-time message to a specific segment of your audience at a scheduled time.

1. On your Customer.io main dashboard, click Broadcasts in the left sidebar.
2. Start building your newsletter by clicking on the Create Broadcast button.
3. Click Untitled to add a name, then click on the Newsletter as the broadcast type.
4. Click on the Create Broadcast to continue with the configuration.
5. Proceed to channel selection, where you'll decide how to reach your customers, and click Next.
6. Select Email as your broadcast type and click Next.
7. Select a specific date and time for your delivery, or click Send now to launch your newsletter to your recipients immediately.
