A newsletter in Customer.io is typically sent as a Broadcast, which allows you to send a one-time message to a specific segment of your audience at a scheduled time.
- On your Customer.io main dashboard, click Broadcasts in the left sidebar.
- Start building your newsletter by clicking on the Create Broadcast button.
- Click Untitled to add a name, then click on the Newsletter as the broadcast type.
- Click on the Create Broadcast to continue with the configuration.
- Proceed to channel selection, where you'll decide how to reach your customers, and click Next.
- Select Email as your broadcast type and click Next.
- Select a specific date and time for your delivery, or click Send now to launch your newsletter to your recipients immediately.
