Sending a preview email in Klaviyo lets you test how a campaign looks in a real inbox before it goes live. Use the Preview & test feature to deliver a test send to any saved contact in seconds.
Steps
- Navigate to the Campaigns section to access all your email marketing efforts.
- Click on the specific campaign you want to preview, then open the three-dot menu.
- Select Edit campaign from the dropdown options.
- Click Preview & test in the campaign editor toolbar.
- Add a team member from your saved contacts as the preview email recipient.
- Click Send test to deliver the preview email to the selected contact.
- Confirm the success notification that appears once the test message has been sent.
