How to Pull Google Search Console Data Into Coda

Use this interactive demo to learn how to pull Google Search Console data into Coda.

‍

‍

It is very easy to pull Google Search Console data into Coda. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do it:

‍

  1. Inside your Coda doc, head over to the top-right corner and click 'Insert'.
  2. Click the provided search bar, then type 'Google Search Console'.
  3. Following that, tap 'Google Search Console' under the Installed Packs section.
  4. Under the Formulas section, find the specific type of analytics you want to pull from Google Search Console and then drag it to the main workspace for further customization.
  5. Tap 'Connect to Google Search Console' to proceed.
  6. Subsequently, click 'Sign In With Google Search Console' and then log into your account.
  7. Click 'Continue' to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
  8. Click 'Complete Setup' afterwards
  9. Find and tap the 'Add Site' button to configure the selected formula.
  10. Following that, complete the formula by adding the necessary arguments. In this case, indicate the URL of your website, the start date, and the end date. Write them in the right format to avoid inconveniences later on.
  11. Once done, review the formula and then press the 'Enter' or 'Return' key to run it.
  12. After completing these steps, the corresponding data will be pulled instantly from the Google Search Console.

📌 Why this matters

Pulling Google Search Console data into Coda transforms scattered SEO metrics into actionable insights alongside your other business data. Instead of jumping between tools to correlate search performance with content calendars, campaign results, or revenue data, you can build comprehensive dashboards that reveal connections others miss.

When your organic traffic drops, you'll immediately see if it coincides with a content pause or competitor launch. This unified view enables data-driven decisions that isolated GSC reports simply can't provide.
