Steps
- In Smartsheet's Grid View, find and select the cell that contains the data you want to link.
- Head to the top menu bar and click 'More Options'.
- Select 'Cell Linking' from the available options.
- Find and choose the other sheet you want to connect to.
- Select the source cell that contains the data you want to use — you can select more than one if necessary.
- Click 'Create Link' to establish the connection.
- The data from one Smartsheet will now be linked to the other sheet and stay in sync.
