Steps
- Click the '+Add apps' section in the left sidebar of Slack.
- In the search bar, type 'Zoho Mail' and select the Zoho Mail app from the results.
- Click the 'Add to Slack' button on the Zoho Mail app page.
- Select 'Allow' to grant Zoho Mail access to your Slack workspace.
- Once authentication is complete, open the drop-down menu and select a Slack channel for notifications.
- Select your preferred Mail Conditions to filter which emails trigger Slack notifications.
- Click 'Save' to confirm and activate the integration.
