Quick summary
This demo shows how to integrate Superchat with Slack using a Zapier Zap, so every new inbound Superchat message automatically sends a channel notification in Slack. The setup takes just minutes and requires no code — only your Superchat API key and a connected Slack account.
Steps
- Hit Create > Zap on the left sidebar in Zapier to start a new Zap.
- Click on the Trigger step to define what starts the automation.
- Select Superchat from the list of available apps.
- Set the Trigger event to New Inbound Message.
- Click Account to connect your Superchat account.
- Enter your Superchat API Key in the authentication pop-up window.
- Select your Action event to define what happens after the trigger fires.
- Search for Slack as the Action app.
- Choose Send channel message as the Slack Action.
- Connect your Slack account if it is not already linked.
- Click Publish to activate the Zap and establish the live connection.
