How to Connect Superchat to Slack

This demo shows how to integrate Superchat with Slack using a Zapier Zap, so every new inbound Superchat message automatically sends a channel notification in Slack. The setup takes just minutes and requires no code — only your Superchat API key and a connected Slack account.

Steps

1. Hit Create > Zap on the left sidebar in Zapier to start a new Zap.
2. Click on the Trigger step to define what starts the automation.
3. Select Superchat from the list of available apps.
4. Set the Trigger event to New Inbound Message.
5. Click Account to connect your Superchat account.
6. Enter your Superchat API Key in the authentication pop-up window.
7. Select your Action event to define what happens after the trigger fires.
8. Search for Slack as the Action app.
9. Choose Send channel message as the Slack Action.
10. Connect your Slack account if it is not already linked.
11. Click Publish to activate the Zap and establish the live connection.
