Setting up Slack messages allows you to send internal alerts to your team or direct messages to your customers. You must first connect your Slack workspace to Customer.io to enable this feature.
- On your Customer.io main dashboard, navigate to Settings (gear icon).
- Select Workspace Settings.
- Click Integrations in the left sidebar and find the Slack card.
- Click Enable to activate this feature for your workspace.
- Select a workspace you want to integrate with.
- Confirm by clicking Allow—you're all set!
