How to Connect Aprova to Slack

Steps

1. Hit Create > Zap on the left sidebar in Zapier to start a new Zap.
2. Click on the Trigger block to define the trigger event.
3. Select Aprova.ai from the listed apps as your trigger application.
4. Set the Trigger event to New Job.
5. Click Account to connect your Aprova account to Zapier.
6. Enter your API key (found under Settings in Aprova) to authenticate the connection.
7. Select your Action event to define what happens when the trigger fires.
8. Search for Slack as the action app.
9. Choose Send channel message as the Action event.
10. Connect your Slack account if it is not already linked.
11. Click Publish to activate the Zap and establish the Aprova–Slack connection.
