How to Integrate Microsoft To Do With Outlook

Use this interactive demo to learn how to integrate your Microsoft To-Do tasks directly with your Outlook account.

Using Zapier to connect Microsoft To Do and Outlook is ideal if you want to create custom workflows, such as sending tasks to a specific folder or only syncing emails with certain keywords.

  1. Go to zapier.com and sign in (or sign up for free).
  2. Click Create > Zaps in the left panel to start a new Zap.
  3. Click Trigger to define what kicks off this workflow.
  4. Search for and select Microsoft To Do as your trigger application.
  5. Click Sign in to connect your Microsoft To Do account.
  6. Under Trigger event, choose from the dropdown list.
  7. Click Continue with selected record to proceed with this setup.
  8. Select Microsoft Outlook as your action app.
  9. Click Sign in to authenticate your Outlook account.
  10. Under Action event, choose your desired outcome, such as Create Event or Send Outbound Email.
  11. Click Continue to move forward with your action configuration.
  12. After mapping the required details, click Publish to activate your Zap and start automating.
