Zapier is the gold standard for connecting Microsoft To Do to thousands of other apps. This integration allows you to either "Trigger" an action when something happens in To Do or create a "Task" based on activity in another app.
- Go to zapier.com and sign in (or sign up for free).
- Click Create > Zaps in the left panel to start a new Zap.
- Click Trigger to define what kicks off this workflow.
- Search for and select Microsoft To Do as your trigger application.
- Click Sign in to connect your Microsoft To Do account.
- Choose your Trigger Event from the dropdown menu, such as New Task or Completed Task.
- Click Continue with selected record to proceed with this setup, then Publish.
- You're all set! Your Microsoft To Do is now integrated with Zapier.
