Integrating Microsoft To Do with Todoist via Zapier is a great way to keep your tasks synced across both platforms automatically.
- Go to zapier.com and sign in (or sign up for free).
- Click Create > Zaps in the left panel to start a new Zap.
- Click Trigger to define what kicks off this workflow.
- Search for and select Microsoft To Do as your trigger application.
- Click Sign in to connect your Microsoft To Do account.
- Under Trigger event, choose from the dropdown list.
- Click Continue with selected record to proceed with this setup.
- Search for and select Todoist as your action app.
- Sign in to your Todoist account, and when the pop-up window appears, click Allow Access.
- Choose your Action Event, such as Create Task.
- Map Subject to Content and Notes to Description, then click Publish.
- You’re all set! Your Microsoft To Do tasks will now automatically appear in your Todoist projects.
