Integrating Microsoft To Do with Copilot via the Microsoft 365 app allows you to instantly turn documents, briefs, or meeting notes into actionable tasks without manual typing.

1. On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click on Search in the left-hand navigation pane to locate your recent documents.
2. Find the file you want to transform into a task in the Quick access section.
3. Hover over the filename and click the More actions (...) button.
4. Select Add to from the menu and then choose To Do.
