The Intercom Wix integration lets you add live chat and customer messaging to your Wix site directly from the Wix App Market. Once connected, your Intercom account syncs contacts, members, and events automatically with your Wix dashboard.
Steps
- On the Wix dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click Apps.
- Search for Intercom and select Intercom Connector from the suggested results.
- Click Add To Site to proceed with the installation.
- Click Agree & Add to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Enter your Intercom App ID into the provided input field.
- Click Sync With Intercom to complete the integration and connect your account to Wix.
