How to Integrate Intercom with Twilio

Steps

1. Head over to the left-side panel and click Create.
2. Choose Zaps from the list of options.
3. Click the Trigger tab to start the integration process.
4. Search for Intercom and select it from the recommended matches.
5. Specify your preferred Trigger Event using the event drop-down.
6. Click Sign In and log in to your Intercom account.
7. Tap Authorize Access to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
8. Click Test Trigger to run your input.
9. Choose the record you prefer to use, then click Continue With Selected Record.
10. Search for Twilio and select it as the Action app.
11. Click the drop-down menu and pick the specific Action Event you prefer to use.
12. Click Sign In to connect your Twilio account.
13. Provide your Twilio API credentials and click Yes, Continue to Twilio.
14. Fill out the required input fields one by one, including the From Number.
15. Click Continue to publish and enable the integration.
16. Your Intercom–Twilio Zap is now live and active.
