Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel and click Settings.
- Choose Integrations from the list of options.
- Tap App Store to proceed to the integrations marketplace.
- Search for Telegram and select it from the recommended matches.
- Click Install Now to begin the installation.
- Select the Telegram Bot radio button and enter your Authorization Token into the provided input field.
- Click Connect Bot to complete the integration of your Intercom account with Telegram.
