Steps
- On Segment's main dashboard, find and select 'Add Sources'.
- Search for 'Intercom' and select it from the recommended matches.
- Click 'Add Source' in the top-right corner to confirm your selection.
- Enter your preferred Source Name and Labels, then tap 'Authenticate' and log in to your Intercom account.
- Click 'Authorize Access' to grant Segment permission to connect to Intercom.
- Tap 'Next' to continue through the setup flow.
- Enter a Schema Name in the provided input field, then click 'Next' again.
- Your Intercom account is now fully integrated with Segment as a data source.
