The Intercom-Salesforce integration lets you sync customer data between both platforms by installing the Salesforce app directly from Intercom's App Store. Once connected, support and sales teams share a unified view of every contact without switching tools.
Steps
- Open the left-side panel in Intercom and click Settings.
- Choose Integrations from the list of options.
- Tap App Store to browse available integrations.
- Search for Salesforce and select it from the suggested results.
- Click Install Now to begin the installation.
- Click Authorize Access and log in to your active Salesforce account.
- Tap Allow to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Your Intercom account is now fully integrated with Salesforce.
