Quick summary
The Productboard Intercom integration lets product teams automatically sync customer conversations into Productboard by connecting through the Integrations settings panel. Once authorized, Intercom feedback flows directly into Productboard so teams can prioritize features based on real customer data.
Steps
- Go to the left-side panel and click the Settings icon.
- Choose Integrations under the Miscellaneous section.
- Find and select Intercom from the available integration options.
- Tap Add Integration to proceed.
- Click Authorize and then log in to your Intercom account.
- Click Authorize Access to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be fully integrated with Productboard.
