Steps

  1. Go to the left-side panel and click Create.
  2. Choose Zaps from the list of options.
  3. Click the Trigger tab to start the integration process.
  4. Search for Intercom and select it from the suggested results.
  5. Specify your preferred Trigger Event using the drop-down menu.
  6. Click Sign In and log in to your Intercom account.
  7. Click Authorize Access to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
  8. Tap Test Trigger to run your input.
  9. Pick the record you wish to use, then click Continue With Selected Record.
  10. Search for Notion and select it as the Action app.
  11. Click the drop-down menu and select the Action Event you prefer to use.
  12. Click Sign In and log in to your active Notion account.
  13. Review the required permissions, then click Select Pages to proceed.
  14. Choose the Notion page you want to connect, then tap Allow Access.
  15. Fill out the input fields one by one with the required information.
  16. Click Continue to publish and enable the integration.
  17. Your Intercom account is now integrated with Notion and your Zap is live.
