Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel and click Settings.
- Choose Integrations from the list of options.
- Click App Store to proceed to the integrations marketplace.
- Search for Mixpanel and select it from the recommended matches.
- Click Install Now to begin the installation.
- Tap Import Your Customers to establish the connection.
- Click Connect Mixpanel in the top-right corner.
- Enter your Mixpanel API Key and API Secret into their respective input fields.
- Click Tag List to continue to the tag selection screen.
- Specify the tag you want to use, then click Import Users.
- Your Intercom account is now fully integrated with Mixpanel and the import is complete.
