The Intercom–Marketo integration lets you install the Marketo app directly from Intercom's App Store and authenticate it using your Marketo API credentials. Once connected, both platforms sync automatically, giving your team unified customer data across sales and marketing.
Steps
- Head over to the left-side panel and click Settings.
- Select Integrations from the list of options.
- Tap App Store from the list of options.
- Search for Marketo and select it from the suggested results.
- Click Install Now to begin the installation.
- Click Authorize Access to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Tap Go To Settings to establish the connection.
- Fill out the input fields with your Marketo API credentials, including Client ID and related details.
- Click Authenticate to complete the process and instantly integrate Intercom with Marketo.
