Steps
- Open the left-side panel in Intercom and click Settings.
- Select Integrations from the Settings menu options.
- Tap App Store to open the Intercom application marketplace.
- Search for Jira and select Jira Cloud from the suggested results.
- Click Install Now on the Jira Cloud app listing page.
- Tap Authorize Access and log into your active Jira account to begin the OAuth connection.
- Click Accept to agree to the terms and grant the required permissions to complete the authorization.
- Confirm the successful installation — your Intercom account is now fully integrated with Jira Cloud.
