The Intercom–Chargebee integration lets support teams view subscription and billing data directly inside Intercom conversations. Set it up in minutes by installing the Chargebee app from the Intercom App Store and authorizing access with your API key.
Steps
- Open Settings from the left-side panel in Intercom.
- Select Integrations from the list of options.
- Click App Store to browse available integrations.
- Search for Chargebee and select the Chargebee app you want to integrate.
- Click Install Now to begin the installation.
- Click Authorize Access to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Enter your Site Name and API Key into the respective input fields.
- Add custom parameters to tailor the integration to your specific requirements.
