How to Integrate Intercom with Asana

Steps

1. Go to the left-side panel and click Create.
2. Select Zaps from the list of options.
3. Click the Trigger tab to start the integration process.
4. Choose Intercom as your trigger app to monitor for new user events.
5. Specify your preferred Trigger Event using the drop-down menu.
6. Tap Sign In and log in to your Intercom account.
7. Click Authorize Access to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
8. Click Test Trigger to run your input.
9. Choose the record you prefer to use, then click Continue With Selected Record.
10. Search for Asana and select it as the Action app.
11. Click the drop-down menu and pick your preferred Action Event.
12. Click Sign In and sign in to your Asana account.
13. Tap Allow to grant the necessary permissions.
14. Fill out the input fields one by one with the required information.
15. Click Continue to publish and enable the integration.
16. Your Intercom account is now integrated with Asana and your Zap is live.
