Quick summary
Coda does not have a native tab feature, but you can simulate tabs by creating subpages within any Coda document and naming them to act as navigable tab labels. This method gives teams a clean, structured way to organize content across multiple sections inside a single doc.
Steps
- Navigate to your Coda document from the docs dashboard.
- Click the three-dot menu on the left sidebar next to the document you want to add tabs to.
- Click 'Add subpage' to open the subpage options.
- Select 'New page' to create a blank subpage.
- Name the new page — for example, 'Tab 1' — to label it as a tab.
- Repeat these steps for each additional tab you need, creating one subpage per tab to build out your full tab structure.
