Steps

  1. Go to the Coda document where you want to create email templates.
  2. Click "+" and select "Table" to insert a new table into the document.
  3. Add columns for "Recipient," "Subject," and "Message" to structure your email template data.
  4. Click "Insert" to confirm the table configuration.
  5. Search for "Gmail" in the integrations panel, click "Add to Doc," and follow the prompts to sign in and authorize Gmail.
  6. Click your new Send Email button to confirm that emails are sent correctly from your Coda document.
