Customer.io uses a visual workflow builder to automate your customer journeys. Follow these simplified steps to get your first campaign running.
- On your Customer.io main dashboard, click Campaigns in the left sidebar.
- Start building a new campaign by clicking on the Create Campaign button.
- Click Untitled at the top-left to name your campaign.
- Click the Trigger block at the very center of the visual canvas.
- Define your specific Trigger Conditions and click Save and build workflow.
- Drag and drop your desired blocks onto the canvas to map out your journey.
- Choose the Date Attribute you want to use (like contract_end_date) from the dropdown menu.
- Click the Start Campaign button to confirm your audience settings.
- Click again on Start Campaign to officially launch the automation.
