Testlify is an AI-powered skills assessment platform that lets hiring teams build role-specific candidate assessments in minutes by selecting from a pre-built test library or creating custom questions. Once the assessment is configured, recruiters can invite candidates individually or via bulk CSV upload and track scores from a centralized dashboard.
Steps
- Open the assessments library to explore pre-created, ready-to-use tests tailored to various job roles.
- Click Create new assessment to start building one — for example, for a Front-End Developer role.
- Select the job title you are hiring for from the available options.
- Enter a name for your assessment for easy reference, then click Next.
- Browse the test library and choose tests based on the skills you want to evaluate.
- Click Add to include selected tests in the assessment queue.
- Add more tests as needed — all selected tests will appear in the right sidebar.
- Use custom question elements such as Qualifier, Single select, and Multiple select to build a fully custom test.
- Configure your assessment settings for greater control over how it runs.
- Once your assessment is ready, proceed to invite candidates.
- Invite candidates manually by entering their details individually.
- Or use Bulk invite to upload candidates at scale via a CSV file.
- View all invited candidates along with their invitation date and assessment score in the candidate overview dashboard.
