Steps
- Click on the profile icon in the MeetRecord dashboard to open account options.
- Click on My Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the Google Calendar integration option to begin the connection setup.
- Click Connect to initiate the Google Calendar OAuth flow.
- Click Allow to grant MeetRecord the necessary permissions to access your calendar.
- Once authorized, the Notetaker bot is configured to automatically join and record your next scheduled meeting.
- When the meeting starts, Admit the Notetaker bot when prompted to allow it to join the Google Meet call.
- After the call, MeetRecord analyzes the recording and surfaces Highlights of key moments.
- Review the full transcript of the call with speaker labels automatically tagged.
- Use the Point of Interest section to identify positive signals like pricing enquiries and next steps.
- Access Quick shortcuts from the dashboard to record an impromptu call or upload previously recorded meetings.
