How to Connect Manychat to Slack

This demo shows how to integrate ManyChat with Slack using a Zapier Zap, so that every time a chat is opened in ManyChat, an automated Slack channel message is sent. Setting up this ManyChat Slack integration via Zapier takes just minutes and requires no coding.

Steps

1. Hit Create > Zap on the left sidebar to start building a new Zap.
2. Click on the Trigger to define the trigger event for your Zap.
3. Select ManyChat from the listed apps as your trigger app.
4. Set the Trigger event to Chat Opened.
5. Click on Account to connect your ManyChat account.
6. Sign in to your ManyChat account in the pop-up authentication window.
7. Select your Action event to define what happens after the trigger fires.
8. Search for Slack as the action app.
9. Choose Send channel message as the Action for Slack.
10. Connect your Slack account if it is not already connected.
11. Click Publish to activate the Zap and establish the ManyChat–Slack connection.
