How to Connect Google Sheets to Slack

Steps

1. Click Create > Zap from the left sidebar to start building a new Zap.
2. Click on the Trigger step to begin defining your trigger event.
3. Select Google Sheets from the list of available apps.
4. Set the trigger event to New Spreadsheet.
5. Click Account and connect your Google Sheets account.
6. Sign in to your Google account in the authentication pop-up.
7. Move to the Action step and select your action event.
8. Search for and select Slack as the action app.
9. Choose Send channel message as the Slack Action.
10. Connect your Slack account if it is not already linked.
11. Click Publish to activate the Zap and establish the Google Sheets–Slack connection.
