Steps
- Log in to ConvertKit and click '+ Create a new' from the dashboard.
- Select 'Form' from the creation options.
- Select a display format for your new form.
- Click the add icon in the form editor to add a custom field.
- In the form editor, click on an existing field to open its settings.
- Select a field from the available field options.
- Check the 'Required' box to make the field mandatory for subscribers.
- ConvertKit automatically saves the new field — click 'Save' to apply all changes.
