This demo walks you through how to manage subscriber preferences in Kit by creating topics of interest and assigning tags to control what content each subscriber receives. Using the Subscribers section, you can quickly build a preference system that lets you personalize email content based on individual subscriber interests.
Steps
- Navigate to the Grow tab in the Kit dashboard.
- Select Subscribers from the Grow menu.
- Click on Manage Subscriber Preferences.
- Click the add icon to add your first topic of interest.
- Enter the topic title in the empty field.
- Enter an existing tag or create a new tag to associate with the topic.
- Click the Save button to store your new topic.
- Repeat to build out your full subscriber preference topics and update subscriber interests as needed.
