Customizing the confirmation email in ConvertKit helps create a personalized experience and encourages subscribers to complete their signup. Here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to ConvertKit and click '+ Create a new'.
2. Select 'Landing page' if you want a standalone signup page.
3. Go to the 'Settings' tab of your landing page.
4. Select 'Incentive' from the left sidebar.
5. Toggle 'Send incentive email' ON. This is the confirmation email.
6. Click 'Edit Email Contents'.
7. Customize the subject and email content to thank subscribers for signing up.
8. Click on the link icon to redirect subscribers to a custom.
9. Click 'Save' when done.
