Steps

1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin building a new automated workflow.
2. Click "Trigger" to open the trigger configuration panel.
3. Search for Odoo in the app selector and select Odoo CRM as your trigger app.
4. Select "New Lead" as the trigger event to track new opportunities entering your sales pipeline.
5. Connect your Odoo account when prompted and select the specific module you want to monitor.
6. Click "Action" and search for Brevo to add it as the action app.
7. Select an action event such as "Add or Update Contact" or "Send Email".
8. Connect your Brevo account when prompted using your API key from Brevo's integration settings.
9. Map Odoo data fields — such as name, email, and phone — to the corresponding Brevo fields to ensure accurate data transfer.
10. Run a test to verify that Odoo data syncs correctly with Brevo.
11. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap and enable the live automation.
