Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin building your automation.
- Click "Trigger" to open the trigger configuration panel.
- Search for WordPress in the app search and select it as your trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event such as "New Post", "New Comment", or "New User" depending on what you want to monitor.
- Connect your WordPress account and select the specific site you want to monitor.
- Add Brevo as the Action App in the next step of your Zap.
- Select a Brevo action event such as "Add or Update Contact" or "Send Email".
- Connect your Brevo account to authorize the integration.
- Map WordPress data fields — such as post title, author, or commenter email — to the corresponding Brevo fields.
- Run a test to verify that WordPress data syncs correctly with Brevo.
