The Brevo Formidable Integration via Zapier lets you automatically add or update Brevo contacts every time a new Formidable Forms entry is submitted. This no-code automation eliminates manual data entry and ensures your email marketing lists stay up to date in real time.
Steps
- Log in to Zapier and click Create followed by Zaps to begin building your Formidable-Brevo integration.
- Click Trigger to open the trigger configuration panel.
- Search for Formidable Forms and select it as your trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event, such as New Entry, to fire the Zap on each form submission.
- Connect your Formidable Forms account and select the specific form you want to monitor for new submissions.
- Add Brevo as the Action App in the next step of your Zap.
- Select an action event, such as Add or Update Contact, to define what Brevo should do.
- Connect your Brevo account to authorize Zapier to send data on your behalf.
- Map Formidable data fields (e.g., name, email, message) to the corresponding Brevo contact fields.
- Run a test to verify that Zapier can successfully transfer form submission data to your Brevo account.
- Click Publish to activate your Zap and start the automated integration.
