The Brevo Canva integration lets you automate design creation in Canva whenever a contact is updated in Brevo, using a Zapier Zap as the connector. This no-code workflow eliminates manual handoffs between your email marketing and design tools.
Steps
- Log into Zapier, click "Create", then select "Zaps" to start building a new automated workflow.
- Click on "Trigger" to define the starting event that will kick off your Zap.
- Search for "Brevo" in the app selection field and select it as your trigger application.
- Choose a trigger event such as "Contact Updated" to fire the Zap when a Brevo contact changes.
- Connect your Brevo account by selecting or authorizing it in the account field.
- Click "Test Trigger" to verify that Brevo is sending data correctly.
- Add Canva as the Action App in the next step of your Zap.
- Select an action event such as "Create Design" or "Add Design to Folder" to define what Canva should do.
- Connect your Canva account by selecting or authorizing it in the account field.
- Map Brevo data — such as contact name and email — to the corresponding Canva fields or templates.
- Run a test to verify that Brevo data triggers the Canva action correctly end to end.
- Click "Publish" to activate your Zap and enable the live automation.
