Sync Dux-Soup with HubSpot using Zapier

Use this interactive demo to learn how to automate Dux-Soup lead syncing into HubSpot via Zapier.

Quick summary

This demo shows how to sync Dux-Soup with HubSpot using Zapier by building an automated Zap that triggers on LinkedIn prospecting activity and creates or updates contacts in HubSpot without manual data entry. Once published, the Zap continuously pushes new Dux-Soup leads directly into your HubSpot CRM pipeline.


Steps

  1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin building your automation.
  2. Click "Trigger", then search for Dux-Soup and select it as the trigger app.
  3. Choose a trigger event such as "New Profile Visited" or "New Lead in CRM" to define what starts the Zap.
  4. Connect your Dux-Soup account and configure the data fields you want to track and pass through.
  5. Add HubSpot as the Action App in the next step of your Zap.
  6. Select an action event such as "Create Contact" or "Update Contact" to define what happens in HubSpot.
  7. Connect your HubSpot account to authorize Zapier to write data on your behalf.
  8. Choose the HubSpot list or pipeline where new contacts should be added or updated.
  9. Run a test to verify that Dux-Soup leads are correctly added to HubSpot before going live.
  10. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap and start the automated sync.
