How to Integrate Customer.io with Zapier

Integrating with Zapier allows you to connect Customer.io to over 6,000 other apps to automate your workflows. Since you are not sending messages right now, this is perfect for syncing user data or tracking activities from other tools.

1. On your Customer.io main dashboard, click Data & Integrations in the left sidebar.
2. Select Integrations from the submenu.
3. Click the Add Integration button located at the top right of the page.
4. Scroll down or search for Zapier in the integration catalog.
5. Click the Zapier card to open the connection page.
6. Begin your integration setup by clicking on the Get Started button.
7. Click Connect Customer.io to 8,000+ apps.
8. Your customer.io account is now automatically set as your Zapier action app.
