Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin building your automation.
- Click "Trigger", then search for Sprout Social and select it as the trigger app.

- Connect your Sprout Social account and select the profile you want to track.
- Add Discord as the Action App in your Zap.
