Use this interactive demo to learn how to connect Google Sheets to Klaviyo using Zapier.

This tutorial shows how to set up a Klaviyo Google Sheets integration using Zapier by configuring a trigger in Google Sheets and mapping it to a Klaviyo action that adds a tag to a list. Once published, the Zap automatically syncs spreadsheet data with your Klaviyo account without any manual effort.


Steps

  1. Search and select Google Sheets as your trigger app.
  2. Select a trigger event (e.g., new or modified row in a spreadsheet).
  3. Select a Google Sheets account to continue.
  4. Configure the trigger event settings.
  5. Click Test trigger to verify the connection.
  6. Search and select Klaviyo as your action app.
  7. Select Adds an existing tag to a list as your action event.
  8. Connect your Klaviyo account to authorize the integration.
  9. Map your action event details and click Continue.
  10. Click Publish to activate the Zap and begin the integration.
