The "My Day" feature is a daily reset that helps you focus on a fresh set of priorities every 24 hours. Here is the simple guide:
- On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click the App launcher in the upper-left corner.
- From the app list, select To Do to open Microsoft To Do.
- Click on "Suggestions" to see smart recommendations based on your task context.
- Click the plus (+) icon next to any suggested task to officially add it to your My Day view.
- Go to your other list, and right-click a task in the other list.
- Select "Add to My Day" to prioritize this task for today's focus.
- Navigate to "My Day" view to see your daily task lineup.
- Type a new task into the Add a task field for items that come up unexpectedly.
- Mark tasks complete to see progress with strikethrough.
- Review your accomplishments before the list resets at midnight, and you’re all set.
