Steps
- Log in or register for a Janitor AI account at their website if you don't have one yet.
- Go to the Anthropic website and click "Start Building."
- Navigate to "Get API Keys" in the Anthropic console.
- Select "+ Create Key" to generate a new API key for Claude.
- Name your key and click "Add" to confirm creation.
- Click "Copy Key" to copy it to your clipboard.
- Return to Janitor AI and select a character to chat with.
- Scroll down and select "Chat with ___" to open the chat setup.
- Click "Using Janitor AI" located at the top of the page to proceed.
- Choose "Claude" as your AI model from the available options.
- Enter the required fields in the configuration form.
- Paste your Anthropic API key into the designated field.
- Enter a custom prompt or click a preset to configure your chat behavior.
- Click "Save Settings" to apply your configuration.
- Click "Yes" to confirm and activate Claude on Janitor AI.
