Connecting Jira to Claude via the Atlassian Rovo connector lets you query and manage Jira issues directly inside Claude's AI interface. The integration takes under five minutes and requires only your existing Atlassian account credentials.
Steps
- On Claude's main dashboard, navigate to the left-hand panel and click the Profile tab.
- Choose Settings to proceed.
- Select Connectors from the settings menu.
- Click Browse Connectors in the top-right corner.
- Click the search bar and type Atlassian Rovo.
- Find Atlassian Rovo in the suggested results, click the Add button, and log in to your active Atlassian account.
- Scroll down to the Apps section and tick the checkbox beside Jira.
- Click Approve to proceed with the authorization.
- Click Accept to agree to the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Your Jira account is now integrated with Claude via Atlassian Rovo.
