This is a quick and easy guide for unlocking objects and text on pages in Adobe InDesign:

1. In Adobe InDesign, to unlock objects or text, make sure the items are currently locked before proceeding.
2. If the content isn’t locked, right-click it, choose 'Lock,' and you’ll see a lock icon appear on the text frame.‍
3. To unlock the content, simply click the lock icon. The object or text will become editable and movable within the document.
